How much is a cabin, and how many are available for sale?

Each cabin is being offered at a price of $49,900. The price is firm and no volume discounts are available. At this time, the cabins are sold out. Please email info@jjventure.co to be added to the waitlist in case of any cancellations.

Where can I see a cabin?

Please view our Virtual Tour to see the interior of a model cabin. You may also view other tours by visiting the “Guest Tours” story highlight on our Instagram page. News 6 ClickOrlando also worked with our sales team for a digital feature offering a tour of the model cabin for sale.

Cabins will be delivered to buyers as they are removed from the resort and may not be viewed nor inspected in advance. They are being sold “as is.”

What condition are the cabins in?

Each cabin is being sold in used condition, as is, and without any form of warranty. The cabins will have been stayed in and maintained prior to being removed. Cabins were built between 1998-2001 and have been renovated over the years in keeping with the resort’s quality standards.

How do I purchase a cabin?

We recommend emailing us at info@jjventure.co for the quickest response. We will send over a contract for your review that goes over the process for delivery, title work, and deposit information. Once we receive your completed contract and deposit, your cabin purchase can be confirmed. We encourage all buyers to research the necessary zoning and permitting requirements for your area before purchasing.

Is financing available?

There are no financing options available.

What is included with the purchase of the cabin?

The cabin interior is being sold as fully functional. All original furniture, appliances, water heater and an A/C unit will be included with the cabin “as is.” Please note that the original exterior deck, stairs, and side skirting will NOT be included with the purchase and will need to be replaced at the new owner’s expense. The cabins come with a Florida title and are classified as “mobile homes.”

How soon will I receive a cabin after my purchase?

A set amount of cabins will be available each month to deliver to buyers starting at the end of March 2024. Delivery date will be determined on a first come first serve basis. However, if you would like to purchase a cabin but are not ready for delivery, we can arrange for your delivery to be pushed back.

How will delivery work?

Local delivery is included with the sale within 25 miles of the cabin’s original location in Orlando. Outside of 25 miles, delivery fees will apply. These cabins are considered oversized loads and will require rigs and permits for delivery. Buyers are responsible for researching zoning and permits before purchase. Licensed mobile home haulers are required for transport.
