What condition are the cabins in?

Each cabin is being sold in used condition, as is, and without any form of warranty. Cabins were built between 1998-2001 and have been renovated over the years.

How do I purchase a cabin?

We recommend emailing us for the quickest response. We will send over a contract for your review that goes over the process for delivery, and deposit information. Once we receive your completed contract and deposit, your cabin purchase can be confirmed. We encourage all buyers to research the necessary zoning and permitting requirements for your area before purchasing.

Is financing available?

There are no financing options available.

What is included with the purchase of the cabin?

Furniture, water heater and an A/C unit will be included with the cabin “as is.” Please note that the original exterior deck, stairs, and side skirting will NOT be included with the purchase and will need to be replaced at the new owner’s expense.

How soon will I receive a cabin after my purchase?

Cabins are available for immediate delivery.

How will delivery work?

These cabins are considered oversized loads and will require rigs and permits for delivery. Buyers are responsible for researching zoning and permits before purchase. Licensed mobile home haulers are required for transport.
